A vintage car museum caught Elder Johnson's attention, especially the beautiful 1954 Chevrolet.

The Gekås display for Christmas is very well done. They are in the spirit for the holidays.

We decided to make a detour and see a well-visited shopping center. How do people have the patience for standing in line for hours just to go into the Gekås store in Ullared? Crazy. We arrived early enough to avoid the wait. Elder Johnson preferred visiting businesses other than the massive discount store.

Halmstad couple, Bernice and Varr Nelson, are great hosts. We loved being with them. What a spacious apartment!!

Elders Conlon and Hepburn decide to ride back to Jonköping with us. They didn't seem to mind the tight quarters. Mission Skoda cars aren't known for their size..

This film from the Church really has the attention of the missionaries. Taking safety seriously is stressed from the First Presidency. There were some humorous moments, also.

Göteborg Districts were attentive and happy at the Youth Center. It is a beautiful facility and the Rosevears are doing a great job. They return home in January 2010.

The Daniels opened up their home to us. We stayed the night and had a wonderful visit in Halmstad.

The Rade's are the only German couple in the Mission. We are so glad to serve with them.

The viewing went well at the Lund Youth Center. We loved being with the District and even had time for a birthday celebration for Elder Dawson.

Former Office Elders, Glenn and Dawson, want a ride to Lund. Our car was packed, but we found a little space for them.

Kristianstad district couldn't hold still for a photo after the Safety training presentation. They love being together.

Kristianstad Chapel is beautiful and new. We were happily surprised to see such a fine ediface in Elder Johnson's former missionary area.

Jan and Britt Marie Arvidson and son Henrick graciously gave us lunch in Kalmar on our way South. (Anna Arvidson Ingvarsson's parents and brother)

Visby Branch missionaries: Elders Johnson, Shelton, Castillo, Herrey and Systers Herrey and Johnson. We love it there!

Chapel in Visby is small, but the branch is working hard. Ragna joins Syster Herrey for a photo outside after the meetings.
